There are many ways to interpret lines into drawings. I learned just because it's a line doesn't mean you messed up on type of art work. You can interpret these lines into drawings in many ways and forms.
I feel like I did a good job on this drawing. I like how it came out and I would not like to change it. I learned some what how to use lines. I was having a hard time doing this work, it was fun to do though.
There's not just one line, there's a ton of them and they create amazing pictures. My challenge was it sounded simple at first but it was kind of hard to think what to draw. In my opinion I would go back and try to fix some of it. As well, if the concept can be explained a bit more. I learned how to make patterns. As well, who to combine bits and pieces together.
I learned that you can combine random parts of what you drew and make something more out of it. One of my successes was if you mess up on a drawing like this you can make it into something more such as if you make a scribble just keep adding on. I would go back and see if I could make the picture a bit better by making it a bit more clean and make it look like that parts of it look connected together. I would not go back and redo it, I like how it came out on my first try overall. I learned how to shade better when drawing the pictures, because I used black and white. With this I learned how to do very specific shading of pictures. Such as coloring and erasing to get a specific shade.
Based on what I learned I know how to shade better, because making the drawing lighter and darker showed me when it was too much or too little of that color. One of the challenges was seeing when my drawing blende too much in the back ground or not. My success was knowing when to go back and change the color. I don't think I would go back and change anything. This part of the unit showed me how to change parts of characters into something new.
Yes, I thought it was a lot harder to do, but really it was not too bad. My success was understanding was its easier than it looks to draw the characters. I learned how to shade in specific spots on the drawing such as the back. Also, I figured out how to make shadows behind the object. I am going to try to be a bit more neat while drawing and work on the shading. It helped me understand how to shade and make shadows look better. Such as where I need to darken or lighten a spot on the drawing. I realized some of the art was a bit hard, like in the video how he was shading was a bit confusing. I would like to work some more on shading since it will help me more when I'm drawing. I learned how to shade in a way where the picture that your drawing will look 3D even though it isn't.
I thought I did not too bad, I don't think I would of changed it, but maybe going back and fixing a few details. Other than that, I like it. I think It was a success overall, it helped me kind of think where to shade and how to do it. I would have gone back to fix a few details but, overall like I said I would keep it the same. This is what our group drawing project looks like. It's a city with the bat signal going off. The hard part was putting the tape in the right spots. The easy part was adding the text we wrote on the tape. I helped with the bat signal by figuring out how to draw to it. I thought of it in geometrical shapes. I applied my understanding of building items from my Minecraft experience of building cities and landscapes. I as well liked how are project came out.
The artists Name is : Christopher Jobson. Its a very attractive sight at night. I like how it looks because my favorite color is blue and it glows. The artists name is : Christopher Jobson. It reminds me of Minecraft because it helps me come up with ideas. I enjoyed doing the 3D drawing and shading.
